Usually we have three measurement methods.Vibrator,Combination weigher, Vision Counting machine.
Vibrator:
For hardware, customers need mixed packages, such as furniture hardware, auto parts, etc. Less in quantity. General capacity. We recommend vibrating discs as the metering method.
The vibrating plate rotates the materials through the vibration frequency, and sorts them one by one. We use imported photocell counting with high sensitivity and accurate counting.
The vibrating plate controls the speed of the vibrating plate material through the vibration controller, so that the light or heavy products can be stably conveyed and ensure the accuracy of the front measurement.
The vibrating plate is small in size, occupies a small area, and is easy to operate.Its suitable for beginner.
Combination weigher:
Combination weigher use weighing buckets to achieve the weight that customers want. Different weights can be set through the touch screen, suitable for different granular or long products. According to the customer's packaging capacity, we have 10-head and 14-head combination scales to choose from. According to the length of hardware products, select the corresponding capacity of the measuring bucket, we have 1.6L and 4L. 5L option.
The measurement method of the combination scale is suitable for measuring a single product. Not suitable for mixed hardware products. Large quantity of packaging, high productivity and high precision.
Our combination scales will use thickened sheet metal plates and install anti-collision cloth to reduce the noise caused by the impact of the combination scale and the combination scale when the hardware is metering and blanking, and can also protect the surface of the combination scale's unloading trough.
Vision Counting machine:
Suitable for measuring huge quantities of products. The counting accuracy is very high, we will recommend the visual counting machine to meet the customer's high precision and large quantity requirements, such as 1000/bag, 8000/bag, 10000/bag, etc.
The high-speed camera is used for scanning and identification, capturing the image of the falling material, using the high-speed processing chip to identify the material and determine the quantity of the material by its specific outline. High-speed CCD sensor, frequency division 2048, scanning speed 10,000 times per second, equipped with 6 million high-definition optical lens, can identify 0.3 material particles.
When the material is falling, objects with a small area will be regarded as foreign objects and will not be counted. Even if multiple objects overlap and pass through, the counting machine will also consider the area of the material, so when the overlapping objects pass through the linear array The number can also be calculated correctly.
The counting machine adopts the dual-channel multi-stage feeding mode, the material is evenly dispersed, and the compatibility is high. Dual-channel identification, the main channel is responsible for high-speed feeding, and the secondary channel is responsible for differential feeding. The dual-channel adopts a synchronous dual-thread mode, and the secondary channel is feeding at the same time as the main channel is synchronizing high-speed feeding to improve efficiency.
